Overview

Any personalised items including names, dates and ages we can not accept any returns as we are unable to sell them on personalised items.

However if you receive your item and its faulty or wrongly personalised due to our mistake, we are prepared to to offer an alternative / replacement or we may ask you to kindly return to be rectified. If you have received a fault item please email usat

All enquires to be made within 48 hours of receiving the parcel

Parcels must be in a resealable condition (unopened, Un-used and in its original packaging

Return Postage charge is buyers own responsibility, we do not offer free returns at this time.

Personalised items are non returnable and non refundable

PLEASE NOTE – We ask you to re-read over any personalisation you write in the checkout section of your order. We cannot refund or be held responsible for any names, details placed on item if the details entered have been wrongly provided.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The item will need to be sent back to us and is sent Tracked or Signed via Royal Mail or your chosen courier services this safe guards you if the item is lost in the post.

Please ensure tracking number is sent to me to follow the package. Once I receive the item only then will the refund be issued.

All returns must be returned with ample protective packaging to ensure safe return, senders address. a refund or replacement will be issued once the item has been receive by in the condition the sender received it.

Under the consumer contract regulations, your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order, up to 14 days after receiving your order. Your right to cancel does NOT apply to anything that has been personalised as this can not be sold on.

If you wish to return an item please notify us either via Facebook / Email (page message / email is fine). We can then start to loo at processing your return.

Please not there will be no returns on sale items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalised Items inc clothing, cups, mugs, coasters, photo rock slates, chopping boards and anything personalised., age, name etc
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase – Date of purchase, Name and Address.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to your error.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Lisa@honeyholepetemporium.co.uk and send your item to: Honey Hole Farm, 42A Queen Street, Balderton, Newark NG24 3NS.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Honey Hole Farm 42A Queen Street, Balderton, Newark NG24 3NS.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
